BBWIN: Let’s Get Chocolate Wasted!

We are thrilled to announce the return of our popular chocolate class! Our last event was a tremendous success, and we can't wait for you to join us again. This time, we will savor a flight of three exquisite wines from the Prosper Wine House vault while learning the art of pairing wine and chocolate with the talented Yeli Marshall from Yelibelly Chocolates.

The plan:

5:00 PM- We’ll gather at The Gin Restaurant (204 W Broadway St, Prosper, TX 75078) for dinner and socializing. 

7:00 PM- We'll move next door to the Prosper Wine House for the class. 

The details:

• The class will last a little over an hour, depending on the conversation flow. You'll learn about the chocolate-making process, how cacao's origin influences flavor and the best wine pairings. We will taste single-origin chocolates from various countries, flavor-infused bonbons, and more.
• Tickets are $50 per person and include the class with Yeli, a flight of three wines, a selection of chocolates for pairing, and a take-home gift. 
• Please note that dinner is not included in the ticket price.
